Born and raised in Ohio, Zach Falcone realized his passion for food and cooking while living in Indiana. Falcone’s career started at local restaurants in Bloomington then took him to New York where he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America.
Chef Zach brings experience he has developed while working in award winning restaurants around the country, including Le Bernardin, the world-renowned Manhattan restaurant that has received three Michelin stars. He was also a member of the opening team at Benno Restaurant in NYC and has worked with James Beard nominated chefs in Pittsburgh and Nashville. As a private chef Zach has helped numerous clients achieve their nutritional goals and navigate restrictive diets, from professional athletes and A-list entertainers, to friends and neighbors.
He started Parkside Place Kitchen to provide a contemporary yet accessible private chef and event catering service to the Indiana community. Parkside Place Kitchen prides itself on bringing local ingredients, rich flavors, and excellent service to each and every guest’s experience.
